Privacy Policy

Northstar Check-In has no account, advertising, analytics, social features, or game server. Phone Support Ltd does not collect or receive personal data through the game.

Data stored on your device

The app stores campaign results, challenge history, achievements, lifetime game statistics, and an optional resumable active shift. It also stores accessibility, audio, and comfort settings. Passenger names and documents shown in the game are fictional and generated locally.

Platform backup

Saved progress may be included in Apple device or iCloud backup on iPhone and iPad, and in Android Auto Backup or device transfer on Android. Apple and Google control those services under their own privacy terms. Backup is intended for restore within the same platform ecosystem; it is not live sync and does not transfer progress between Apple and Android.

Settings remain device-local. Removing the app or disabling platform backup may remove progress. Reinstalling restores progress only when the operating system supplies a valid app backup.

Network access

All gameplay, authored levels, music, sounds, and daily and weekly challenge generation work offline. The web version may use the network to install or update its application files. The native app does not use a Northstar backend.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children or adults.
